Grace's First Easter

As most of you know by now, we love bunnies!  That makes Easter even more exciting in the Granstrand house.  And now we have a little Bunny which will make the holiday that much more egg-citing!

This was a very special Easter.  Not only was it Gracie's first, it was also her first time to go to church.  The sermon seemed to have been designed espeically for our little bunny, it was all about "grace".  She did so well in Church, she didn't make a peep and really enjoyed the music.
After Church, we went to Paw Paw and Pinkies house for Easter dinner, and the all important egg hunt.  Mommy and Paw Paw helped Grace find the eggs while Daddy and Pinkie took pictures and made videos.  It was the best Easter yet!

Grace Meets Her Nani and Papi

Grace met her Nani and Papi last month (sorry for the delay on the entry, it's been a busy time in the Bunny House)!  Papi is Gracie's Daddy's Dad, and Nani is Gracie's Daddy's wonderful step mom.  Nani and Papi live in Yakima, Washington, where Grace's Daddy was born and raised.  Papi has a home inspection business, and he use to own a construction business (Gracie's Daddy once shot Papi in the hand with a nail gun on accident, whoooops!).  Nani is an elementry school librarian and she loves to send books to Gracie.

After meeting our little Grace, Nani and Papi decided to make Spring Break their annual trip to visit Gracie.  The weather is nice, the bluebonnets are beautiful, and Papi can squeeze in some bird watching!  So here are some photos of Nani and Papi's first Spring Break visiting their little Grace.

Grace really enjoyed meeting her Nani and Papi.  She loved the naps, the stories, the cuddling, the naps, the blue bonnet pictures, installing the new sink, the naps, and just being close to her Nani and Papi (and the naps)!  She can't wait to see them again!
